The attached documents represent the Covenants and Restrictions, Operating By-Laws and other materials used in the day-to-day operation of the association. All residents should receive copies of these documents at closing.
In any event, conformance with the documents is a condition of residency within the HOA, regardless of whether the documents were received at closing or may have since been lost or misplaced. If you have misplaced your copy of the Covenants and Restrictions and other documents, or may be looking to move in to the HOA, feel free to download them here.
