The Board of Directors is comprised of between 5 and 7 members who are all full-time residents.  Elections are held annually to fill vacant positions or those positions that are up for election.  Seats on the board are for 3 years.  All members of the community are encouraged to be active in participation at board meetings and in running for elected office when elections occur.

The Board of Directors are also residents of Kingsbridge East and serve in their positions as volunteers.
