The Kingsbridge East Homeowners AssociationWelcomes you to your Community Website

***A NEW WEBSITE IS IN THE WORKS***

We are working on changes to the appearance and functionality of the website that will make it a more interactive experience for our residents and vistors. While the new site will have some information, it may take some time to fully get things up and functioning at peak performance. During this time we ask for your patience - and more importantly your inputs and suggesstions.

If anyone in the community has experience in running Content Management Systems (the new one is based on Joomla) and would like to volutnteer some time and administrative expertise that would be fantastic. We will also be looking for people who have a flair for a good community story and want to make occaisional contributions about our community, HOA events and things going on in the greater Oviedo area.

   We have received a letter from the Reformed Theological Seminary that kids are skateboarding, inline skating and riding their bikes around their buildings. There are signs posted that those activities are prohibited on their property. If you have children that participate in those activities, please make sure they don't use them on the RTS property. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
